It depends on the group. Upstreams of public groups include official model-vendor APIs, cloud providers and third-party API providers. We also operate our own NVIDIA® B300 inference clusters (Inner Mongolia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, China; Los Angeles, USA). To confirm the upstream type of a specific group, ask sales for details.

Requests are sent to the upstream of the group you choose for processing. We do not use request content to train models of our own. Usage records do not include prompts or response text; retention periods for each type of log are set out in the Privacy Policy. How upstreams handle data is governed by their own terms of service.

Yes. Corporate billing is arranged through live chat; invoicing can be requested online in the console.

Yes. Every account gets free test credit on sign-up; if you need more while testing, you can top up a small amount.

The default rate limit per user is 60 RPM. If you have special requirements, contact us and we can lift the limit.

Create a key per department or project, each with its own quota, expiry, model allowlist and IP allowlist; filter usage by key and model in the usage logs.

For business customers, service commitments and any SLA are agreed per project and set out in the Enterprise Service Agreement; no SLA is offered to individual users. Losses caused by platform billing errors are compensated with credit after checking the logs.

No. Because of the range of payment methods and how settlement works, balance is non-refundable once topped up. We suggest testing with the free credit you get on sign-up first, then topping up as needed. For contracted businesses, the Enterprise Service Agreement applies.

Contract prices and price-change rules follow the Enterprise Service Agreement signed by both parties.
